Reservations
and Availability Make your reservation on line
24 hours a day or call us on our toll free number at 1-800-441-8343. We
accept reservations between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM daily. If there is no
answer please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible! We recommend that reservations be made 6 months in advance
for weekends, holidays, Christmas Festival and the entire month of December.
All rooms must be reserved using a current credit card.
Rates
All rates are double occupancy per room per night.
Cancellation
Policy
Full payment is due unless we are notified 10 days in advance of
your scheduled reservation date. Whole house rentals will require a 20-day
advance notice for full refund. If we are able to re-book your room(s) to
another guest we will offer a refund for the number of rooms re-booked.
Corporate
Rates
We offer competitive corporate rates
Sunday through Thursday, for our business
travelers. Corporate rates are for single occupancy only. Please
inquire about our current rates.
Breakfast
Full Breakfast The
Judge Porter House and Queen Anne serve a full multi-course breakfast at 8:30 am
each morning. Breakfast is included in your room rate.
Continental Breakfast
The Good House serves a heavy
continental breakfast 7:00 - 9:30 am each morning. This may
include: Hot and cold cereals, bagels, Assorted breads, fruit, orange juice,
coffee, muffins, Danish, donuts etc. Breakfast is included with your room rate.
Restrictions
We have a no smoking policy inside all of our Bed and Breakfast properties. Smoking is
allowed on the upstairs and downstairs galleries, porches and decks.
